As a first time customer, I was excited to utilize a black own business recommended by my loctician. The website was user friendly, the price was high but understandable, and there were a lot of hair styles to choose from. My only issue is once you order, there are no updates provided once your order is placed. You are not given any tracking information so you would know when to look out for your order. Because there is a two to 6 week window, I think that would be very important to know. Once my locs extensions were received and I opened the package, they smelled very nice, and the texture of the locs were very soft. My loctician stated that there should have been a bottle of refresher with the order, but there was none. Other then that we were pleased. I will recommended Legacy Locs to my friends and family.
