Return & Exchange Policy

Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom handmade and hygienic nature of Legacy Locs products, all sales are considered final and cash refunds are not offered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only when the entire order is sent back in the same condition in which it was received. Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unaltered

  • Free from wear, odor, or product application

  • In original packaging

Legacy Locs reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued in the form of a store gift card equal to the original purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees unless otherwise stated). Store credit is redeemable toward future purchases only and is not redeemable for cash.

3. No Partial Returns or Partial Exchanges

We do not accept partial order returns or partial exchanges. Orders must be returned in full to qualify for exchange or store credit consideration.

4. Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange and no production or fulfillment error has occurred.

If a verified production or fulfillment error was made by Legacy Locs, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label

  • Correct or replace the item at no cost to the customer

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Legacy Locs reserves sole discretion in determining whether return conditions have been met.

6. Response Time

Customer support inquiries are answered within approximately 48 hours during normal business days.
