Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Order Changes Policy

Order Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and custom handmade nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.

If a customer chooses to cancel an entire order and does not want an exchange:

  • The full order must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • After inspection and approval, the purchase amount will be issued as a Legacy Locs Gift Card

  • Gift cards are redeemable only at LegacyLocs.com

We do not accept partial order returns or partial exchanges.

We provide detailed product descriptions, photos, and videos so customers can purchase with confidence.

If no production error occurred, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a production or fulfillment mistake was made by our team, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.


Order Changes or Cancellation During Processing

Orders that are already in production may be subject to adjustment fees or credits if changes are requested.

  • If a requested change increases the order value, an invoice will be sent by email

  • If the adjusted order value is lower, the remaining balance will be issued as a Legacy Locs Gift Card

  • If a customer cancels an order while it is in production, any eligible balance will be issued as a Legacy Locs Gift Card

Production work already completed is not refundable.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered and unused

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchange limit: Maximum of 2 exchanges per order

If no production error occurred, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we made an error, we will cover return shipping and correct the issue.

Exchange Fees May Apply

Orders exchanged for different:

  • Widths

  • Lengths

  • Colors

  • Custom processing

may require additional fees based on:

  • Quantity returned

  • Length and width changes

  • Hair ordering costs

  • Remake labor time

  • Bleaching or color processing products

  • Reshipping costs

If an exchange results in a remaining customer balance, it will be issued as a Legacy Locs Gift Card.
