Reduced Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days order processing on ready to ship loc extensions
Ready to ship locs applies to the loc specs below:
- COLOR: #1b (natural black)
- QUANTITY: 10 bundles or less
- STANDARD LOCS in lengths: (6", 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18" )
- STANDARD *COILED TIP* LOCS in lengths: (6", 8", 10" 12")
- TEXTURED LOCS in lengths: (6", 8", 10",12",14")
- TEXTURED *COILED TIP* LOCS in lengths: (6", 8", 10",12",14")
- Widths: XSmall, Small, Smedium, Medium
Shipping time after processing will vary based on your shipping method chosen upon order checkout.
Processing Time For Custom Locs
Please allow 4-8 weeks processing period for orders that do not qualify for ready to ship, reduce processing. These order have to be custom made.

Please allow 5-10 business days for afro kinky bulk human hair, loc crochet tool, and hair care products to be shipped after cleared payment. After locs are completed, your order will be shipped, and tracking details will be emailed to you.
We appreciate your patience in allowing us to make your custom locs with love and care to ensure the ultimate quality. In order to make sure your locs are of the highest quality, don't be alarmed if your locs are delayed within 1-4 days of the fulfillment time. Since we customize each order to the customers liking,
(such as special dye job, special loc shape or length) these may take extra time.
Domestic Shipping
To the continental U.S. is handled by the United States Postal Service. Please note that some packages may require a signature and may not be released if no one is present at the time of delivery. Legacy Locs cannot be responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions. Delivery dates for Economy and Standard shipping are estimates only. Only expedited, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping methods are guaranteed to arrive by the quoted dates.
International Shipping
Once your locs are completed and shipped, depending on the method of shipping chosen upon checkout, International shipping may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for delivery. Orders will be shipped to the address selected during checkout. Please verify the correct address in advance.
I am not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes or fees. Customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Order Returns:
Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer refunds. We do not accept partial order returns or exchanges. Our products are custom handmade, we do our best to provide sufficient information, videos, photos, to ensure the highest level of confidence to our customers before they purchase. If there was no production error by company, customer is responsible for shipping cost to return order back for exchange. If an order mistake was made by our production team, we will issue a return label to have product shipped back to us to correct at no cost to customer. Please send a message if you have any questions or concerns that haven't been answered. We reply back to you within 48 hr.
Order Changes or Cancellation During Processing:
All orders begin processing within 24 hours after order is placed. Order changes cannot be guaranteed after 48 hours of order placement. If customer request changes to their order while in production, customer may be subject to a fee, or due a credit. If customer order adjustment has a higher price value, an invoice will be sent to customer email address. If there is a balance due to customer after order is changed, balance will be credited back to customer as a Legacy Locs gift card, which can be used at LegacyLocs.com. If customer request to cancel entire order while in production phase 24hr after order is placed, balance will be credited back to customer as a Legacy Locs gift card, which can be used at LegacyLocs.com.
Order Exchange:
If there was no production error by company, customer is responsible for shipping cost to return order back for exchange. If an order mistake was made by our production team, we will issue a return label to have product shipped back to us to correct at no cost to customer.
We do not accept partial order returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 7 days after receiving your product to exchange, just as long as the extensions has not been worn or altered in any way.
Order Exchange limit is 2 times. Unaltered loc extensions can be exchanged 7 days after being received. Orders that are returned in exchange for different widths, length, or requiring color processing, are subject to additional fees. Fees varies depending on the quantity of locs returned, length, and width.
The fees go toward:
- Ordering hair to remake your new order.
- Additional time required to hand make your new order.
- Products used to bleach & color your new set of locs if need.
- Shipping & handling fee
If there is a balance due to customer after order exchange, balance will be credited back to customer as a Legacy Locs gift card, which can be used at LegacyLocs.com.
